Payment Program

No credit check is required. You are simply renting. This is not a purchase. You only need an inital payment equal to the first month's rent, plus a security deposit equal to three month's rent. After making rental payments for 33 Months, you many purchase the shed with your security deposit.

For every $1,000.00 of value purchased for you by Smart Pay, LP:
Your monthly rental payment is $44.50.
Your total down payment is $178.00 (the first month's rent of $44.50, plus your security depositi of $44.50 x 3 months).

Your monthly rent payments may be made by credit card, debit card, or ACH debit from your checking or savings account.
You may terminate the lease anytime by sending written notice to Smart Pay, LP. The charge for early termination is the security deposit plus a building return fee.
Smart Pay, LP may terminate this lease if you are in default of your monthly rent. In the case of default, Smart Pay, LP is entitled to the security deposit, a building return fee, and repair costs to the shed if there is any damage.
